Does one subscription cover my entire household?+
Yes. One subscription includes your partner and family members. Everyone works from the same shared calendar.
Is a payment method required for the trial?+
Yes. A payment method is required to begin the 14-day free trial. $0 is due today and you can cancel any time before day 14 to avoid being charged.
What happens when my trial ends?+
If you don't cancel before day 14, your card is charged for the plan you selected and your household continues without interruption.
Can I cancel online?+
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no calls or emails required.
What happens to my founding rate if I cancel?+
The founding annual rate is locked in while your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you'll be billed at the then-current standard pricing.
Can household members keep some schedules private?+
Yes. Each schedule can be Private (only you see it), Shared (full details) or Busy-only (others see the time blocked, not the details).
Does CMD + SHIFT connect to Google Calendar or Square?+
Not yet. Direct integrations with Google Calendar, Square and other calendars are planned but not live. Today you add existing schedules directly in CMD + SHIFT.
Which firefighter rotations are supported?+
Common rotations like 24/48, 48/96 and custom repeating patterns. You can build any repeating schedule using the schedule builder.
Can non-firefighter shift workers use CMD + SHIFT?+
Absolutely. CMD + SHIFT works for any family managing rotating or fixed shifts, multiple jobs, custody plans, school and sports.
