Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial. $0 is due today. If you cancel before day 14, you are not charged.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.

If you were charged unexpectedly or believe you're owed a refund, email support@cmdshift.app within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

The Founding Family annual rate is locked in only while your subscription remains continuously active. Cancelling ends the locked rate; resubscribing later uses the then-current standard pricing.
